Best Budget TWS to Buy And Avoid Under 5000!

Haan, nothing in the in the service center? No, sir, nahi hota. Alright, alright. So you guys have been asking for a long time for a TWS video. So to clear up the confusion, we got the most popular TWS under Rs. 5000. Okay, so I bought the AirPods Pro 1st Gen and the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen. And no regrets. I wasted Rs. 50,000 to tell you guys that most of you should buy TWS under Rs. 5000. You get 80% of the features there. And we have been using these TWS for about a month now. And we will tell you the best TWS under 5000 rupees. But before that, the age-old question: should you buy a TWS or a neckband? Like we have this newly launched CMF Neckband Pro. For all those who don’t know what CMF is, well, it’s a sub-brand of nothing. Now, in the box, you get the neckband, some paperwork, and two extra ear tips for different ear sizes.

This is pretty basic stuff that you get with all wireless earbuds. Now, coming back to neckbands and TWS. Well, there are three fundamental differences. The most basic difference is that the neckband hangs around your neck. So you can quickly remove them, or if they accidentally fall, they will still stay around your neck. But with TWS, if you do this, well, good luck finding them at a metro station or in a park. So yeah, in simple words, neckbands are more handy if you’re always on the go. Second, since neckbands have more surface area, generally you get more buttons on the neckband, like the CMF neckband, which has a cold dialer. Here, listen to this. So it’s easy to increase or decrease volume, or you can also single-click to play or pause a song with TWS. Well, you mostly get these touch pads to see when your hands are wet or when there is sweat in your hands. Well, 90% of the time, the touch just doesn’t work. And number three is the biggest one. See, I’m sitting in front of this cute little fan, and this is the audio coming from CMF NeckBend Pro. And this is the audio from CMF TWS. I’m switching back and forth between the devices just to give you an idea. So see, here’s the thing. Neckbands generally have more space to put more mics, which is why the outdoor audio quality is generally better on neckbands. Now, the CMF neckband Pro costs $1799 and for that price, you get ANC, you get app connectivity, you can connect it to the NothingX app, and then modify controls like I want to triple-press to activate Google Assistant. Well, I can do that. Also, by default, the CMF buds have very heavy bass. I mean, the bass that should sound like this actually sounds like this. But thankfully, you can turn off this ultra-bass in the app, and now it gets slightly better. Okay, so let’s move on to the order of the pricing.

So if you have 2000 rupees, well, you get the Honor ChoiceBuds X5. Now, in this price range, you get the basic features, which are present in all the TWS in this list. You get active noise cancellation. Now people get confused about this. If you’re sitting in a crowded environment, ANC can remove some of the fan noise, some typing, as well as whispering in the background. Now some brands also write on Amazon, ENC, and AI ENC; those are all different. Look for ANC in this place. Also, most of the TWS in this list have the latest Bluetooth 5.3 or 5.2, Type-C charging, etc. Rest assured, the overall design of these Honor Choice earbuds is compact, which means they can easily fit into your jeans watch pocket. In my opinion, it’s just slaps. Plus, you also get app support via the AI Space app, which has limited settings. You can only change between the three equalizer settings. You can switch between noise-canceling and awareness. There’s also no find my earbuds or low latency option in the app. Also, one thing is that it doesn’t have in-air detection, which of course is acceptable at this price range. Overall, I won’t give it more than 5 out of 10. Overall, if you care about features like dual device pairing and 100 hours of battery life, I would recommend the newly launched Bolt Z40 Ultra in the same price range. For the rest, if you increase your budget by 500 rupees more, then you get the CMF buds, which cost 2499. And now for the extra 500 rupees, you get a really cool design like this rotating dial. It doesn’t do anything, but it’s kind of fun to use this just as a fidget spinner, or you can just put the carabiner clip on and pin it to your back. Now, for 500 rupees extra, you do get a better ANC. It cancels the noise up to 45 decibels, so the ANC on this compared to the Honor one is two weeks better. You also get in-ear detection.

Also, it can connect to two devices at the same time, like your laptop and phone. But here’s one thing that I noticed: So suppose I’m watching a video on my laptop and I get a call on my phone. The TWS will automatically switch to my phone. You pick up the call, but the video keeps playing on the laptop. But, of course, ideally, it should have paused. Now talking about the sound quality, well, it’s just quite bassy. But you can just turn off the ultra-bass in the app, and it gets better. Still, you need to equalize it a bit to tune the settings. And the biggest thing here is that we have the CMF Buds Pro here, and just after two months, the left earbuds stopped working. Now since Nothing is a very new brand, we wanted to test out how good their after-sales service is. It can happen with you guys as well, so what would you do? So now the thing is, the Nothing service center that is mentioned on Google Maps is closed. There is a gym over here, and then the Nothing service center mentioned on the official Nothing website has not yet started in our location. We called them and they told us. Nothing at the at the service center Yes, I had a query. I had a no-ear stick, so one side of it has been damaged. And it’s all out, so we can’t do anything. So you guys don’t even sell one bud like this if you want a replacement? No, sir, we don’t. So now the deal is that we have this nothing-ear one, which has completely stopped working. We have this nothing ear stick where one side of the TWS has stopped working and they don’t sell any replacement buds. So I was expecting, like, a premium company to at least sell one of the TWS as a replacement, but because this could happen to you guys as well. So you won’t go out and buy a completely new one, like we bought this for 8500 rupees, and currently it is selling for some 4500 right now. So in case you are buying a CMF or nothing, TWS, you have to keep that in mind. That’s a bummer. Okay, so keeping the service center thing aside, if we just take a look at the TWS for its sound quality, comfort, and design, I will rate it 8 out of 10. But if you’re looking for good audio quality and you can raise your budget by 500 rupees, then you can get the Redmi Bud 5 for 2999. First of all, Redmi Buds look good with the matte finish.

The only problem is the design. Sometimes it’s difficult to open the case with just one hand. Even though it’s hard to grip the case, Other than that, to use all the features, you have to install the Xiaomi earbuds app, which has a lot of options like in-ear detection, ear tip fit tests, dual connections, and much more. So, if you’re someone who always forgets your earbuds, well, this is useful. In terms of sound quality, the bass is good, the mids are good, and the singing voice is slightly sharp, but watching movies and listening to music will be fun. Overall, I will rate it 8 out of 10 and recommend it. And finally, we have the OnePlus Buds 3, which cost Rs. 5499, but with the card offer and slight discount, you can get it under Rs. 5000. Now, the funny thing here is that this is the first EWS, which is named OnePlus Buds 3. There were no OnePlus Buds 1 or OnePlus Buds 2. There was a Z series, which was at the same price, and a Pro series, which was around 10,000 rupees. Anyway, at 5,000 rupees, apart from all the features that you get in other TWS, you get three interesting features here. Number one, you get two drivers inside this. So, if I open a normal TWS, as you can see, it has one driver or one speaker here. However, this OnePlus TWS has one woofer and one tweeter inside. This is usually seen in expensive Samsung TWS, and it’s good to see you also get it under 5,000 rupees here. And second is the song quality, which is really good. It’s like any song that you listen to; it has the right amount of bass, and it’s wide enough that you can hear the drums on the left and the guitars on the right.

I was watching this documentary on Netflix, the Indrani Mohaji story. I can feel the footsteps coming at par with the background music separately. It was just fun. If you’re into music, you also get lossless codec and LHTC support. Now, do note that it will only work with Xiaomi, OnePlus, and Oppo phones. And third, the call quality is really good. You get six mics on the TWS, and OnePlus claims that the call quality is really good on this one. Well, let’s put it to the test in three different situations. And this is the call quality on the bike. And this is the call quality in extreme traffic conditions. And this is the audio quality when someone is watching TV. So if you need something that has really good call quality as well as audio quality, well, nine out of ten times, it’s recommended.
