In case you cannot automatically identify the app, you can take a photo of the front of the product, its nutrition value, and the nutrition table. Second, when both devices are on different Wi-Fi networks, like when your friend is in a different city than you are, you can just upload the file to a server and then share the link with them, just like with Google Drive, but without any file sharing hassle. And finally, in the third situation where nothing works, like when you don’t have Wi-Fi or mobile data, like when you are on a flight or in the mountains, this app can even create a Wi-Fi direct connection and share the file along with it. Just make sure that this feature will only work on Android smartphones. Simply download this black screen app, give it overlay permission, and then you will see this floating lock icon. So whenever you try to open one of those addictive social media apps like Instagram, it will show you this really cool and soothing animation, guide you through a short deep breathing exercise, and tell you how many times you have opened the app. After the breath, you have the option to either continue opening the app or just close it.
